I am a Yoga Teacher since 2014,  and I am specialized in Somatic Life Coaching since 2017. I am at my third year of study and practice of Shamanic Yoga. I have a strong passion in the research of awareness of the Self trough the body and the connection with our emotions . My spiritual practice is a way of living and I experiment every day how everything that happens to me is always for the sake of a deep awakening that goes beyond any rational way of seeing reality. For the benefits that this path brings to my life and family , I decided to share the teachings I already experienced.
